Summary of the role

We are extending our sales team and are looking for a Sale Development Representative. This role offers a lot of remote work flexibility, while we appreciate regular in-person interactions at our offices in Vienna or Berlin. Your key responsibility will be converting leads into opportunities. This will include reaching out to them by phone or email. Your role will also involve maintaining a good data quality, performing discovery calls, as well as collaborating with our sales team to successfully close customers.

Your contributions to our journey:

  • Reach out to pre-qualified prospects through calls and emails.

  • Manage incoming leads, perform discovery calls and qualify them.

  • Maintain a good data quality for scalable and seamless information flow.

  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, optimize sales processes, and set performance goals.

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's overall sales strategy, incorporating feedback and insights from the sales team and customers.

Job requirements

What you need to be successful:

  • Proficiency in both verbal and written German (C2 or native) and English (min. C1).

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both in writing and on the phone.

What is considered a plus:

  • Previous experience in generating leads and exceeding sales targets

  • Advanced Hubspot Skills

  • A complete or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Medicine, Biomed Engineering or a related field.

  • Being based in Vienna, Berlin, or Frankfurt can be advantageous but is not mandatory
