Job description
💡 As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in Flinn’s go-to-market success by building and qualifying a strong pipeline of high-quality opportunities. You will work at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Events, identifying the right prospects, starting meaningful conversations, and setting up the Sales team for successful first meetings. In this role, you will combine structured prospecting with curiosity, persistence, and strong communication skills to engage senior stakeholders at complex B2B organizations. Fluency in Spanish and French is required, as you will actively engage prospects across these markets. The role is based in Europe with strong remote flexibility, and includes regular collaboration with the broader go-to-market team as well as travel for conferences and customer meetings.

Your contributions to our journey:
Partner with Sales to build a strong prospecting strategy: identify and prioritize high-potential businesses across your region that are an ideal fit for Flinn.
Build a healthy pipeline: generate new opportunities through targeted outreach, discovery, and account research.
Qualify and schedule introductory meetings: set high-quality first conversations for the Sales team with the right stakeholders.
Nurture early-stage opportunities: maintain momentum with emerging leads to develop future pipeline.
Collaborate with Marketing & Events: convert conferences, webinars, and field activities into qualified opportunities and measurable pipeline.
Job requirements
What you need to be successful:
Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Fluent in French, Spanish, and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Resilient and optimistic: able to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Persistent and driven: you thrive on overcoming objections and turning “no” into “not yet.”
Willingness to travel for business meetings, conferences, and company events.
Attributes we are looking for:
1+ year of experience in a B2B environment.
Proven experience running outbound sales motions (prospecting, outreach, qualification, and meeting-setting).
Entrepreneurial mindset and/or experience—comfortable taking ownership and operating in ambiguity.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong problem-solving skills and excellent follow-through.
Committed to high-quality execution and consistently meeting deadlines.
