Flinn impacts the health of millions of people around the globe by enabling medical companies to launch and operate products more efficiently. We enable Medtech companies to automate quality and regulatory processes. In short, you could say we build a software where Jira meets ChatGPT for HealthTech.

As the first Account Executive in the team, you play a crucial role in shaping our sales strategies and identifying and acquiring new customers. Your tasks will include proactively maintaining existing relationships and developing tailor-made solutions. You will have the opportunity to work from all over Europe but you are also welcome to join us in our offices in Vienna and Berlin.


Things you will do:

  • Work with one of the Co-founder on all sales-related aspects;

  • Be responsible for the entire sale cycle for mid-size to large enterprises;

  • Be able to work independently & as part of a team in a fast pace, rapid change environment;

  • Generate offers and manage the deal pipeline;

  • Work as part of a team to identify, acquire, negotiate and close new partners and customers;

  • Work in cross-collaboration with other departments to further improve our offering and communication of benefits;

  • Participate in onsite meetings with customers;

  • Determine key KPIs and create dashboards to help the team learn and grow;

  • Create sales materials, from technical demos to sales presentations.

Job requirements

What you need to be successful:

  • Graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree;

  • 3+ years of track record within the SaaS industry, B2B sales, or similar roles in a fast-paced environment;

  • You are motivated to tackle a wide range of tasks and have a “hands-on” mentality;

  • Native German speaker and fluency in English, both written and conversational;

  • Responsible and structured way of working with an affinity for problem-solving;

  • Advanced experience with a CRM system (e.g Hubspot, Salesforce,...).
